Peace or Profit

Geneva has long been known as the City of Peace, a place where nations, organizations, and people in crisis could still find a table to sit at. But lately, a dangerous question has started to spread: what if peace costs too much? Offices are closing, teams are leaving, budgets are being cut, and the work of peace is slowly being reduced to numbers on a spreadsheet. A new plan is moving through the city, quiet, efficient, and cold: if an organization is too expensive, shut it down. If a mission cannot prove its value fast enough, erase it from the list. But peace was never meant to be measured only in money. Long ago, those who built Geneva’s role in the world left behind something more powerful than an agreement: the Key of Peace, hidden through signs scattered across the city. It was meant to be found only if Geneva ever forgot what it truly stood for. Now the signs have resurfaced. If you can decode them, you can recover the Key of Peace and reveal what is truly at stake before the city’s voice fades into silence. Geneva must choose what it stands for.
